S1/E3: Dumpling

Kristie and Clarissa are the personalities behind the 626 Foodettes, a popular hyper local LA blog on the San Gabriel Valley food scene. In this episode, the tables are turned on the so-called Asian food experts by asking them to prepare the very dishes that they so often critique. Clarissa has some experience cooking, but Kristie has no experience at all. Under the watchful eye of dumpling specialist, Peking Tavern's Andrew Chiu, how will they fare? Are the 626 Foodettes going to be guilty of not being “authentic” – a charge that they often attribute to the restaurants that they review? Comic Kristina Wong will be even more merciless. Will Clarissa and Kristie survive the challenge?
