S1/E8: Chicken Adobo

Discriminating foodie, Gerrard Panahon, runs his own online cooking channel, Filipino Food Fridays, and likes to think of himself as the authority when it comes to real Filipino cuisine. But on Eat Your Words, he'll have to prove to James Du, head chef of The White Rabbit Cafe, LA's original Filipino-fusion restaurant, that he can back up his harsh reviews with an equal amount of skill in preparing a Filipino staple: chicken adobo. Will the cocky online chef be able to satisfy his discriminating panel of judges? Or will Gerrard ultimately have to Eat His Words?
