S1/E7: Asian Curry

Gluten-free chef Marci Little is notoriously picky about her food – eschewing all gluten and insisting on her 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. But Marci and her sous chef, transformational coach Ambi Sitham have their work cut out for them: they are asked to their own unique spin on an Asian Curry. Marci chooses to make a Thai Green Curry for the three Southeast Asian judges: Half Thai Kara Birkenstock, Vietnamese Head Judge, Uyen Tran, and Laotian actor, Ova Saopeng. Will the perky blonde be able to satisfy the judge’s discriminating (and spice-loving palates?) Or will her food be declared too “white washed”?
